280 g Mehl / 280 g flour
250 g Butter / 250 g butter
100 g Zucker (braun) / 100 g sugar (brown)
130 g Zucker / 130 g sugar
2 Eier / 2 eggs
1 TL Natron / 1 teaspoon natron
1 Pck. Vanillezucker / 1 package vanilla sugar
200 g Schokolade (klein) / 200 g chocolate (little pieces)
Die Butter und die beiden Zuckersorten schaumig schlagen. Die anderen Zutaten hinzufügen. Die Cookies auf dem Blech platzieren und bei 190 Grad (Umluft) für 8-10 Minuten backen.
Mix the butter and both sugar sorts. Add the rest of the fixings. Place the cookies on the backing sheet and bake them for 8-10 minutes on 190 (air circulation).
